System Overview

Implemented batch-level pallet tracking to improve material traceability and station coordination on the manufacturing floor.

System Architecture

QR codes identify each pallet. A FANUC vision system reads identifiers and feeds batch state into Ignition for monitoring and reporting.

Code example forthcoming

Vision handshaking and pallet state update logic.

Data and HMI

Ignition dashboards visualize pallet location, batch status, and exception handling for operators and supervisors.

Testing and Validation

Validated QR read rates, data integrity, and end-to-end traceability across simulated batch runs.
